ABOUT MUHAMMAD UZAIR
I’m an MEng candidate in Industrial Systems Engineering at University of Regina and a Maintenance Planning Student at Federated Co-operatives Limited at the Co-op Refinery Complex. I support maintenance execution through planning, coordination, and data-driven problem solving, improving work package quality, material readiness, and standard processes in a high-safety industrial environment.My graduate work has shifted toward applied projects and literature reviews in industrial systems focused on how planning, reliability practices, and structured decision-making improve operational performance. I’m also starting to build skills in sustainability and how it connects to operations (e.g, waste reduction, recycling, and efficient resource use), and I’m eager to learn from experienced teams.Leadership is a big part of my profile. I’m involved in public service and student advocacy through the Saskatchewan Post-Secondary Student Council with Government of Saskatchewan, and I’ve contributed extensively to campus engagement through Ambassador Leader / Senior Ambassador roles (supporting major events, student connection, and community-building).
