I completed my Bachelor in Computer Science with 4.0/4.0 CGPA. I continued on to complete my Masters in Computer Science. I currently work in the US healthcare industry as a Medical Billing RCM Manager & Business Development Officer. I have well-rounded knowledge of medical billing practice while providing computer programming knowledge and skills to my role. I bring innovation to my leadership and staff team while streamlining key operations to increase productivity and retention of both partners and employees. I have proven experience applying research, development and implementation techniques which assist in identifying performance indicators and new quarterly revenue targets. I have proven success with implementing cost-saving business and billing practices, staff training and retention. I designed an effective client communication system to achieve maximum client satisfaction. I participate in training personnel that deliver quality work with increased productivity. I developed a reputation management system to boost company\'s reputation online. I assist with marketing strategies and close on potential clients to increase business and revenue.
