Lead and coordinate the design and estimating process for projects under SPEN’s Reactive and Proactive Work Streams• Develop technical drawings for service upgrades, deloop, LV mains extension, and cable head replacements• Oversee the Reactive Workstream, including LCT and CCT (GE) applications, ensuring compliance with Scottish Power’s standards and timelines• Establish design and cost estimates for SPEN’s RIIO-ED2 LV Modernisation Framework• Liaise with surveyors to collect technical information to produce design and cost estimate• Coordinate directly with customers to explain technical requirements and respond to Customer Complaints• Update and manage cases via CRM to provide updates to SPEN case owners • Collaborate closely with SPEN coordinators to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of (SPEN) projects according to Energy Networks policies, Health and Safety requirements and compliance
