Other responsibilities include: • Develop and implement strategic plans to secure funding from individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies through grants and donations.• Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with potential funders; align proposals with organizational priorities and donor interests.• Write and submit compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documentation to secure new and renewed funding.• Plan and execute integrated fundraising campaigns and events, including digital appeals and donor outreach initiatives, to meet financial goals.• Collaborate with finance and program teams to prepare accurate project budgets and ensure grant compliance through regular reporting and outcome tracking.• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system to track grants, deadlines, donor interactions, and submission histories.• Create persuasive fundraising content, including case statements, newsletters, and marketing materials, and stay informed on current fundraising and philanthropic trends.
