Job Responsibilities:Responsible to drive the change management processes including risk management within budget control.Responsible to resolve all technical issues vide man power, spares & tools related to the Project.Responsible for handing over Assets from the Client (Tripoli Medical Centre, Libya).Responsible for the Project Status Report, Daily Execution Report, MIS, Monthly Invoice of the Project.Responsible for the site management in all respects vide execution, monitoring, planning & scheduling of projects including improvement/ integration plan in existing.Responsible for managing entire team deployed for Project & their Schedule.Responsible for total solution of IT as well as Telecommunication Department.Responsible for Vendor Development of Process Utilities Systems for adequate support of spares and maintenance services.Responsible for individual’s KRA, training needs and feedback system for maximizing individual’s performance and skills of the Man powers.Responsible for onshore & offshore Training Program for the Tripoli Medical Centre Employees.Ensure Company’s SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies are adhered to by all the staff down the line.
