Develop and implement a test strategy for ICAS1 ECU, including test plans, procedures and testcases, specifically for (Platform testing, FuSi, Integration testing) Define and manage the test plan, budget and test resources required for testing activities. Manage teams of engineers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient execution of test plans. Ensure testing is performed in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Review and analyze test results to identify issues and work with cross-functional teams to implementcorrective actions. Close cooperation with project teams of different brands (Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche) Establish and maintain relationships with external testing houses, suppliers and customers. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure ICAS1 ECU meet or exceed customer requirements. Develop and maintain test automation tools and processes. Continuously improve the testing process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. SW/HW maturity and release recommendation
