My role encompasses the comprehensive management of corporate health camps and their associated operational elements.This involves the strategic planning and execution of these camps, ensuring seamless coordination across various functions.A significant aspect of my responsibilities includes meticulous supply chain management to guarantee the timely availabilityof necessary resources and equipment. Furthermore, I oversee phlebo management, ensuring efficient sample collectionprocesses and adherence to quality standards. Vendor management forms another critical component, involving theselection, negotiation, and maintenance of relationships with external partners. Cost management is also integral to my role,requiring diligent monitoring and optimization of expenses related to camp operations. Essentially, I am responsible for theend-to-end operational efficiency and success of Redcliffe Labs\' corporate camp initiatives and the related logistical andfinancial considerations.
