Technical Leadership & StrategyDefine and execute the long-term technology roadmap for Visalobby.com’s web and mobile applications.Align tech initiatives with business goals, ensuring innovation and competitive advantage.Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, cloud solutions) to enhance platform efficiency.2. Product Development & ManagementOversee end-to-end development of web and mobile apps (iOS/Android), ensuring high performance and usability.Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements.Implement Agile/DevOps best practices for rapid, iterative delivery.3. Team Management & Talent DevelopmentLead and mentor engineering teams (front-end, back-end, mobile, QA, DevOps).Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.Recruit top-tier tech talent to scale the team as needed.4. Security, Compliance & ScalabilityEnsure robust cybersecurity measures, data protection (GDPR, CCPA), and compliance with global visa/payment regulations.Optimize infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for scalability, uptime, and cost efficiency.Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools for reliability.5. Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with marketing, customer support, and business teams to drive user growth and retention.Communicate tech strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including investors.Manage relationships with third-party vendors (e.g, cloud providers, API partners).
