ABOUT MUHAMMAD KHAN
I’m a product and technology executive who’s genuinely excited by technology and how it can be used to solve real problems for customers, teams, and businesses.Over the last 18+ years, I’ve worked across energy, automotive, and financial services, in organisations ranging from small, fast-moving teams to complex enterprise environments. In each case, my role has been broadly the same: helping technology functions scale, mature, and become real accelerators of company objectives rather than sources of friction.I’ve led across the full spectrum of Product, Design, Engineering, Data & AI, IT, and Security, operating at CTPO level and working closely with executive teams to turn strategy into practical outcomes.I enjoy taking messy, over-engineered environments and making them clearer. That might mean simplifying platforms, team structures, decision-making, or ways of working so people have clarity, ownership, and the space to do good work. In my experience, progress usually comes from removing complexity, not adding more of it.I enjoy building things from scratch, including taking products from 0–1, but I care just as much about how organisations actually work. How teams are structured, where accountability sits, and whether people are genuinely set up to succeed matters far more than any single technology choice.I’m excited by technology’s potential, especially with AI, not just because of what it can already do, but because of the unknowns it introduces and what that means for how we rethink the way work gets done. It feels like a moment where some of the old blueprints no longer quite fit, and where experimentation and learning matter as much as certainty. What stays constant for me is the grounding: technology has to create real value. Improving how people work, simplifying everyday processes, reducing friction or cost, and building systems that are easier to understand, use, and evolve.
