I also lead and manage the Inspection team in Sialkot, ensuring our products meet international standards.I work closely with clients like Element 26 and Heaviko to make sure we deliver products on time. Collaborating with factories and manufacturers, I oversee the production process to guarantee high quality.Beyond production, I\'m responsible for coordinating custom clearance and managing custom legal documentation. I navigate the complexities of shipping using various methods, always adhering to export regulations. With a knack for finding new products and securing favorable deals from manufacturers, I maintain an unwavering commitment to quality.Besides my core responsibilities, I\'m actively involved in shaping the company\'s future. I help create plans for expanding and successfully bringing new clients from the US. All in all, I play a role in making sure Transnational Performance Consultants grows and succeeds.
