   In this role, I lead the strategic planning, design, and evaluation of educational technology tools that enhance teaching and learning, ensuring they align with the university\'s strategic objectives and accreditation standards. I work collaboratively with curriculum, academic, and product teams to optimize educational technology platform and provide comprehensive training to faculty, staff, and students. I also analyze data to identify areas for continuous improvement and mentor team members to foster their development. I work closely with vendors to procure, implement, and maintain technology products at the university. I\'ve been involved with administrative technology projects creating high impact outcome for various teams and departments. Additionally, I contribute to national initiatives, such as the HBCUv project with 9 other HBCUs. I also served as an Advisory and Governing Board Member for Educause\'s Course Gateway Program.
