I currently manage the following accounts for DXC:• One of DXC Secure Public Service AccountsDXC’s account management team manage the two towers under the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) agreement administered by ATOS As part of my interaction with SAIM I manage the BC/DR commitments and ensure compliance from the DXC prospective. Working closely with account leads, project managers, design team as well as technical teams to ensure BC/DR process are documented and fit for purpose.My daily duties include following:• Create and review Disaster Recovery Plans in scope to ensure they remain fit for purpose.• Create and run annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA)• Ensure Business Continuity Plans (BCP) are in place, and maintained• Review and update Business Continuity Plans in line with the BIA• Manage all Disaster Recovery tests related to DXC Towers are scheduled and executed.• Attend Change Control Board meeting.• Work with stakeholders to ensure scope and objective for Disaster Recovery test are met in line with plan.• Work closely with DXC Account Managers with allocated IT resource teams to prepare, document, and execute Disaster Recovery plans• Should an incident arise requiring Disaster Recovery, provide support and guidance.• Track issues and action arising from Disaster Recovery testing to resolution.• Manage technical staff during preparation and execution of DR test• Work with Project teams to implement and test new systems• Where testing is not possible undertake required scenario testing to give required confidence.
