This helped in assigning tasks & getting efficient results from Contractual Employees.• Responsible for creating an End to End SC/HC process follow Diagram for Small Cell, Marco Sites & Anchor Integrations.• Responsible for arranging/assigning Weekly/Monthly RF Trainings/Presentations based on market requirements for RF, Development, Dev/Ops, Switch & FOPs teams.• Responsible for managing to integrate Sprint Network with T-Mobile existing network to provide Best customer experience in regards to Coverage & Capacity. Got 436 Sprint Keep sites approved in the process.• Responsible for managing to Plan & Design 850 T-Mobile/Sprint Combined Mid-band spectrum to Launch fastest 5G(Anchor Sites).• Responsible for leading & successfully meeting markets EOY Anchor(143) & Macro Sites(730) target by getting SC/HC Milestones completed well before time including RFDS Creation, Scoping, PCD’s, NTP’s, CIQ/SCF, E911 Provisioning, Pre/Post integration.• Responsible for managing to add PORs to SC & HC build plan through our monthly reviews into incubator.• Responsible for managing in Successfully Launching 5G Network on T-Mobile 600 Low band Spectrum for 650 sites.• Responsible for adding 350 AWS3 Tech to existing sites without adding any new radios. This increased the overall market traffic by 10%.• Responsible for leading Market to meet EOY Thematic Goal by bringing congestion down from 4 to below 2%.
