Lead a multifaceted role involving advanced analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory protocols.Conduct testing of cannabis and cannabis-derived products as per British Pharmacopoeia (BP) monograph, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.Perform analytical testing using HPLC, UV spectroscopy, FTIR, and wet chemistry methods to verify identity, purity, and potency of pharmaceutical products.Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), maintaining a strong focus on data integrity and safety.Execute product stability testing under various environmental conditions to assess shelf-life and degradation trends.Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods for different formulations and dosage forms, ensuring robust and reproducible results.Investigate non-conformances, deviations, and Out of Specification (OOS) results; support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, production, and formulation to support product development, quality improvement, and compliance goals.Perform routine equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance to ensure accurate and reliable test outcomes.Stay current with industry trends, regulatory updates, and evolving analytical technologies through continuous learning.Maintain precise documentation of test results, deviations, and observations in accordance with data integrity principles (ALCOA+).Ensure a controlled and compliant lab environment by strictly following internal SOPs, safety policies, and audit requirements.
