ABOUT AWAIS ASLAM

Possessing more than 6 years of experience of working with diverse portfolio of clients, I have gained an extensive insight within the field of Banking & Capital Markets, Manufacturing, Information Technology and Power & Utilities. My key accounting and auditing competencies include, but are not limited to, planning and execution of audit, review and other assurance engagements in accordance with the applicable auditing and accounting standards, development of appropriate audit strategy, preparing financial statements, risk assessments and evaluation of internal controls, reporting to group in group assignment.In my current position with EY UK as a Audit assistant manager, I am carrying out a wide range of assurance engagements including Annual Audits, Statutory Reporting and Review engagements. During the course of my career, I have gained a specialist’s understanding of financial reporting standards and auditing standards and have also been effective in explaining complex information in a comprehensible manner.
