Mechanical Subteam Lead on ReVOLT EV’s battery box team, leading the mechanical workflow from early packaging to build-ready design release. I own the enclosure design in SolidWorks, using CFD to shape airflow/cooling paths and FEA to validate strength, mounting loads, and overall structural performance. I coordinate priorities, delegate tasks, run design check-ins, and work closely with Structures and Electrical to solve tight integration constraints while keeping safety and serviceability in focus.
