As a Network Specialist, I provide end-to-end support for enterprise IT infrastructure, with a focus on network deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting. My role involves working closely with clients to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable network operations.Key Roles: • Monitor and analyze network performance, application behavior, and end-user experience (QoE). • Troubleshoot fiber link issues between switches in coordination with remote teams. • Replace switch chassis and blades; upgrade network devices (e.g, memory/flash modules). • Patch, install, or relocate switches, routers, and phone ports as needed. • Perform basic VoIP troubleshooting and configuration. • Rack, patch, and decommission network and server hardware safely and efficiently. • Install and relocate wireless access points (WAPs) and wireless LAN controllers (WLCs). • Conduct site audits and WLAN surveys; validate asset inventories and network documentation. • Install or decommission firewalls, VPN gateways, Smart Edge, and WAN acceleration devices. • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers during technical escalations. • Support AV and network upgrades in conference rooms by following detailed implementation procedures.
