Maintained compliance with the laws and regulations related to The Cannabis Act• Managed inventory by performing physical counts, identifying variances, and reconciling records.• Reconciliation inventory-related discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments in system. Document errors and implement corrective actions with the appropriate business units for improvement.• Proposed business processes and system enhancements to ensure inventory accuracy.• Pull damaged, aged, obsolete recalled products destined for disposal and maintained accurate disposal records.• Manage and maintain proper tracking and documentation of customer returns.• Build and maintain productive relationships with Contracted Manufacturing Organizations and Consignment Vendors• Managed and Reconcile Cronos owned inventory stored at CMO (3PL) and Consignment locations in conjunction with our contracted partners on Monthly Basis.• Perform quarterly inventory count audits at our CMO (3PL) locations. Report out findings, create corrective action plans for improvement and work with our 3PL contractors on remediations.• Conduct audits on internal inventory controls and perform SAP system health checks, report out and make recommendations based on findings.• Drive standardization of inventory tools and processes while working collaboratively with other business units. Update inventory control documentation (SOP, WI, user’s manuals) as required.• Prepare Inventory reporting to government authorities (CRA, Health Canada) and internal departments (Tax, Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain) as per company timelines and requirements.• Report out on Inventory KPIs including CMO/Consignment performance, Returns and Dispositions, System Health Checks, Inventory Discrepancies, Cycle Counts.• Participation in planning and executing the Year End Physical Inventory.
