Manages tracker and technical documentation using Huawei’s One Box, facilitating efficient projecttracking and management. Coordinates with various supporting teams to successfully achieve customer requirements, ensuringalignment with project goals. Creates and validates critical project documents including BOQ, PSR, SCAR, FATA, FIS, HO5 andHO11, meeting project requirements and standards. Liaise with regional front-line teams and Mobiliy customer, ensuring effective communication andalignment throughout project life cycle. Addresses daily operational issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing project disruptions. Effectively monitored KPIs and milestones across T1, T2, T3 and T4 cycles, ensuring efficientcontrol over capitalization and billing milestones through digitized systems. Change request to transfer line items from one region to another within the customer’s ERP system,considering the quantity of items available in the system at the time of billing. Updates the Huawei ISDP system database daily, delivered reports and conducts KPI follow-up totrack project performance and ensure project success
