Review tender document, finalize project requirements, discuss with the project and construction manager and develop and maintain projects schedules that align with project objectives and timelines- Update the project schedule, assess discrepancies between planned and actual progress, review the critical path, identify and address delays or potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects remain on track- Support project manager in developing cost control system for accurate financial reporting and monitor actual costs against budget and report variances- Generate all required project status reports for management and stakeholders, covering status of the project, earned value management (EVM), schedule updates and accomplishments, S-Curve, variances, potential concerns and cashflow update and forecast- Arrange schedule meeting with the stakeholder, discuss project status, identify areas for improvement, and implement those- Perform specialized works, such as preparing recovery plans, preparing what-if scenarios, preparing impacts of scope changes on project and extension of time claims using various methods such as Impacted As Planned, Time Impact Analysis etc- Provide guidance and support to the team members, offering mentorship as needed on best practices in project management- Manage change control processes, including the evaluation of change requests and implementing approved changes into schedule and progress measurement system- Manage potential risks throughout the project by identifying them, developing mitigation strategies with the team, and adjusting schedule as needed to minimize their impact on project objectives and timelines- Continuously improve project controls processes and procedures to ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulation through the planning and execution phases.
