As a Specialist in CAR-T Production Planning and Scheduling at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), I plan and coordinate the site operations for clinical and commercial CAR-T manufacturing, ensuring operational continuity and alignment with quality standards. I am currently obtaining Lean Six Sigma certifications to further streamline processes and minimize downtime and deviations. I am motivated by the potential of CAR-T therapy to transform the lives of patients with B-cell lymphoma and other cancers.
