Hi, I’m Muhammad! I’m a BBA student at Wilfrid Laurier University (Finance concentration) with a big interest in consulting, finance, and using business to create impact. Right now, I’m building Credible, a financial app designed to provide an alternative to traditional credit systems. The mission is simple but bold: create new jobs, remove reliance on riba and interest, and reduce the stress, anxiety, and depression tied to debt. Along the way, I’ve explored strategy and innovation through case competitions, consulting-style projects (like rethinking the Loblaw PC Health app), and leadership roles (including serving as President of MuslimEDU). I’ve also published research on intergenerational wealth, diving into how financial systems affect equality across generations. My background in legal research and client-facing roles adds another lens to how I approach finance, problem-solving, and people. Some highlights: • Awarded the Business Award at graduation (only 2 students selected) • Competed in national-level case competitions, pitching creative business solutions • Published a paper on intergenerational wealth and financial equity • Legal research + law clerk experience at a personal injury law firm Right now, I’m combining my interests in strategy, startups, and finance to grow Credible while exploring opportunities in consulting and innovation.
