Data Migration and ETL pipelines for a Big Pharma client • Led a team of 4 Data engineers for the migration of data from old SQL server to Microsoft Dataverse and PowerApps API interface. • Designed and developed a migration framework written in PySpark that can automatically transform data and create Json payload to be pushed to PowerApps API as batches with excellent efficiency. • Able to individually log the status of each row inside batches to Databricks audit table • Framework can also perform updates and deletion of existing data through the API in batches • Created PySpark script to convert and upload around 625k binary files from SQL server backup to S3 and generated metadata for linking with the existing API data.
