Implemented an advanced optimization model using Gurobi to streamline the store delivery scheduling process for a leading North American electronics retailer. The model strategically determined pick-up days from the Distribution Center and delivery days to retail stores, while simultaneously optimizing truck routing to minimize transportation costs.> Worked on an inventory optimization project for a leading North American fashion retail company. The objective was to improve localization of inventory targets across stores by developing a SKU-Store segmentation model. This model classified SKUs based on store performance, enabling differentiated service levels. The approach helped balance inventory across regions, enhance availability for high-performing store-SKU combinations, and reduce overstocking in low-priority segments.> Designed a 3D packing optimization model using a custom-built algorithm to maximize space utilization within container dimensions. The model accounted for item-specific constraints and ensured optimal weight distribution, enabling efficient and balanced packing solutions.
