The most exciting and rewarding aspect of my job is the opportunity to work with some of the world\'s largest energy companies (oil & gas, power & utilities and mining) to shape and implement value enabled by Microsoft Cloud Platform. Key solution areas include operational excellence, sustainability, digital twins and workforce transformation. With the latest rapid advancements in AI, we have an opportunity to accelerate research and provide a level of automation that can amplify human ingenuity. Unlocking the potential of responsible AI depends on a solid data foundation and network of partnerships to enable a net zero future. I am particularly excited about the work my team and organization delivered for work order automation at Ontario Power Generation and chemicals technology research acceleration at Dow Chemical. My focus will be to continue to drive co-innovation with our partners and customers to optimize simulation workflows for energy exploration, development, carbon storage and unlocking the grid of the future.
