CYIENT Ltd,(April-2020-till date 5+years.)Senior Pipe Stress Engineer -Stress Analysis (Peps.5.0 DST software) Nuclear Power Plant - Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, Cranberry Twp, United States:Projects: SV3/SV4 unit/ Poland PL1/PL2/PL3 unit/ Bulgaria -KZ7/KZ8• Create E & DCRs for SCV penetration nozzle and Class 2, 3 piping interface Nozzle qualification in CAS/VFS/PXS/CVS/SGS system with respect MC nozzle loads, Class 2,3 piping nozzle loads with respective load combinations and allowable and re-run the POSTR files.• Piping Tolerance related NCR validation with by verifying. fre analysis files by removing conservatism in 872/873 displacement load case and provide the justification • Welded attachment qualification such as Lugs and trunnion qualification by using formulated spread sheets and Re-runs the POSTR files.• Clean PLR creation against DCP SPL18 structural optimization by updating re routed isometrics and latest SAM values.• Creating E & DCR for FPS fire water piping system due to changing threaded fitting to SW fitting, which has verified with analysis file SIF and provided justification applied SIF is conservatively considered and no change is required and no impact in the analysis result.• Reconciliation Design Report(P0R) by incorporating latest E & DCRs and providing justification whether it is impacting the design verification analysis• Addendum report (P0RA) reconciliation, Isometric reconciliation S3R against E & DCRs by verifying analysis file.fre• OPPR Over pressure protection report Reconciliation by latest E & DCRs • Having knowledge on ASME SEC code, Class,2,3 piping stress analysis
