About Mugdha Roy
My journey towards environmental conservation and sustainability began with my love for reading and traveling. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Zoology/Animal Science from Fergusson College, where I laid the foundation for my environmental endeavors. I have been selected through a national selection process as a Summer Fellow at JNCASR and I\'ve also pursued an internship with The Grasslands Trust, gaining invaluable experience along the way. I am pursuing a Master\'s degree in Environmental Studies and Resource Management from TERI School of Advanced Studies, Delhi. This academic pursuit has opened new horizons for me, enriching my knowledge and understanding of the industry. Meeting new people, discovering new places, and trying out different cuisines are some of my favorite pastimes. I also enjoy watching movies and docuseries, and have a keen interest in fashion. These activities provide a great balance to my professional pursuits and keep me inspired and energized. I am eager to connect with like-minded individuals and be a part of the global conservation and sustainability community!

Currently interning at Envint, where I work with a mix of Indian and global clients on ESG due diligence, GHG accounting, environmental impact assessments, compliance reviews and more.I get to deep-dive into standards and principles like IFC Performance Standards, DEFRA as well as multiple ESG reporting frameworks including BRSR, TCFD, CDP and contribute to live projects that involve real-world ESG strategy, reporting, and risk analysis across sectors.
