ABOUT MUGDHA BAVARE
My passion for Sport Psychology has been with me since the early days of my career. Having experienced firsthand the aspirations, goals, and desires of athletes during my own swimming journey, I possess a deep understanding of their mindset. I am also familiar with the fears, anxieties, and insecurities that even the most accomplished sportspeople encounter. The pursuit of \"peak performance\" is an ongoing process, and as a former athlete, I am well aware of how the mind and body of an athlete work together. Combining my training in psychology, expertise in understanding the complexities of the human mind, and my extensive experience spanning over two decades, I bring a unique perspective to the field of Sport Psychology. I have proudly established myself as a prominent Sport Psychologist in India, carving out a niche for myself in this discipline.
