Process Engineer / Project Planning• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.• Coordinate directly with customers on technical requirements, project milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the lifecycle.• Plan and design new factory layouts, integrating equipment, material flow, and workforce needs to support scalability and future operations.• Drive process optimization initiatives, improving throughput, reducing downtime, and embedding lean manufacturing practices.• Develop and maintain ERP-based traceability protocols, securing full lifecycle visibility and compliance with industry standards.• Conduct teardown analyses to evaluate reusability, design scalable remanufacturing processes, and balance quality with cost-effectiveness.
