As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Henry Schein, I support our Senior Leadership team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional talent across Ireland and the broader EMEA region. In addition to my EMEA remit, I also support select U.S. based hiring initiatives as part of our global recruitment efforts.Key responsibilities and focus areas include:• Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver an outstanding candidate experience aligned with Henry Schein’s TSM Experience values.• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our Digital Centre of Excellence, including all technical, IT, and senior technology roles, as well as supporting strategic hires across EMEA.• Utilising a variety of contemporary sourcing strategies to drive direct hiring, reduce agency spend, and build strong talent pipelines.• Providing strategic talent insights and market analytics to guide hiring decisions and inform future workforce planning.• Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and right-to-work requirements, while coordinating all offer and onboarding processes in collaboration with HR partners.• Building and nurturing relationships with external partners and networks to stay ahead of talent trends and market movements.• Supporting special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
