About Mudit Tripathi
Mudit is an Associate at Apollo Global Management and is a part of internal valuation team of Apollo and he facilitate the Valuation Process in the Real Assets segments and portfolio monitoring of real estate assets across different geographies. Coordinate with third party valuation firms and deal teams to create accurate, timely valuations, validate and update valuation models as well as inputs, and assess applicable methodologies, create summary materials highlighting significant changes/events and industry analyses, to be presented to the valuations committees for their review and approval of all valuations. He along with Apollo valuation team produce reports for senior management summarizing the results of the fund’s performance on a quarterly timeframe along with providing support to compliance with SOX and external audit requirementsPrior to Apollo, Mudit was working as an Assistant Manager at BakerTilly\'s Real Estate Valuations practice, where he brings valuable experience in analyzing all aspects of real estate valuation engagements. With a strong grasp of real estate valuation concepts and databases, coupled with expertise in modelling software such as ARGUS Enterprise, he has been instrumental in handling complex and high-profile projects. Mudit has assisted Baker Tilly audit teams, independently handled audit assist engagements, and provided guidance to junior team members. With strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work towards tight deadlines, Mudit has consistently added value to his clients.Mudit also worked with EY in the Valuations, Modelling and Economics group of Strategy & Transaction Service Line. In this role, Mudit was responsible for the analysis and valuation of real estate and tangible assets for Tax Reporting, Impairment Testing, Fair Value measurements and disclosures, and Purchase Price Allocations associated with M&A in various sectors. Additionally, Mudit was responsible for the Audit Reviews of Valuation Models & Reports related to PPA, Financial Reporting, and Impairment Testing.Mudit started his career with Shapoorji Pallonji Group, where he was involved in construction of various greenfield projects along with project management service. He has also been a part of the project planning & commercial team at SP.
