Economics Team provides over 10 milion economic indicators from national and internationalsources used by all London Stock Exchange clients. From general market profiles to very detailedeconomic indicators – our customers use them all for trend analysis, making long-term investmentdecisions as well as real-time ones. In My current role i will be responsible for managing road map andinternal projects, owning team’s measures and supporting global Economic Content team with expertknowledge.Major Responsibilities* Managing initiatives and projects including Content Expansion* Work on broadly understood positive client experience - enhancements,content quality, proper content structure including classification andnavigation* Working closely with other production and support teams, as well as withtechnical and development groups from across the business.* Supporting new tools, MoWs and processes introduction, building andsharing knowledge* Acting as content expert by providing support to customers, product, clientsfacing staff and the team* Work effectively within team or individually on different projects* Researching of new solutions and looking for innovative and effectiveapproaches to existing procedures.* Owning quality and timeliness metrics – definitions, algorithms, targets,performance, etc.* Analyzing usage statistics and aligning them with projects, initiatives andmeasures* Supporting people managers with efficiency, workload and productivity analysis.
