My career trajectory within the organization reflects my dedication to excellence and my passion for delivering robust security solutions to our enterprise clients.I achieved a significant career milestone in October 2022 when I received a promotion, transitioned to the Implementation Department, and assumed the crucial role of Implementation Engineer. This role has allowed me to lead end-to-end processes for the installation, configuration, and consulting best practices for PAM and EPM products.In my current role, I have been actively involved in solution architecture discussions, estimating hardware sizing, and ensuring seamless implementation for our clients. Core aspects of my job include analyzing business requirements and implementing security solutions that meet our clients\' needs.Effective communication is crucial to my success, and I excel at gathering requirements from stakeholders, providing timely updates, and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Collaboration is also essential, and I work closely with developers, system administrators, and security analysts to enhance EPM and PAM capabilities and deliver tailored solutions to our clients.I also take pride in conducting user training sessions on EPM and PAM processes. By providing these sessions, I ensure a smooth transition for clients and hand them over to the Support Department for further assistance and support, guaranteeing ongoing client satisfaction and success.
