Database Design :\\\\n• Manage the design, development, implementation, and document solutions to transform legacy on-premises systems (SQL Server) to cloud-native architecture (Azure Data Lake Gen 2, Azure SQL Clusters, Azure Synapse)\\\\nDataOps :\\\\n• Delivery Lead with full responsibility to improve our data pipeline architecture and performances. I am responsible for undertaking full audits and enhancing performance of our databases/data lakes with continuous monitoring, measuring and automation\\\\nData Innovation :\\\\n• investigate and understand emerging trends in data-base technologies, performing horizon-scanning between SMP and MPP databases, Data Lake based analytics that present current and future opportunities for the Bank.\\\\nInfrastructure as Code :\\\\n• Adopt and propagate Infrastructure as Code standards with templated deployments, scaling and teardowns (ARM templates, PowerShell modules), event driven monitoring and alerts\\\\nData Cataloguing :\\\\n• Part of the Data team with the responsible for establishing the organization’s Data catalogue reading off the Data Lake and other downstream systems that drive Data lineage, metadata, and master Data discoveries for the entire Bank\\\\nTest Environments, Data Deletion and Anonymisation :\\\\n• Maintain lower environments (test, dev) with masked PII data in sync with production environments and automate data deletion and anonymization in compliance with GDPR\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
