Since joining Goodwin in July, 2002, I have assumed many technical, managerial and leadership roles with progressive and increasing responsibilities. This includes process development, manufacturing sciences and technology group, CMC activities, tech transfer of processes from the client to Goodwin and from process development to GMP manufacturing operations from proof of concept/exploratory product/process development and early stage production through to late stage clinical materials. Since 2002 through to the present time, I Introduced, strategized, implemented and have established a highly successful ADCs (antibody-drug conjugates) and bio-conjugate product and process technologies (including but not limited to radio immune conjugates, antibody-oligo conjugates, antibody-dye conjugates, peptide-antibody conjugates, vaccines (including opioids conjugates)) process development and manufacturing. To date numerous bio-conjugate related projects has been successfuly completed including the completion of various batches for Phase 3 clinical trials and on-going implementation of all BLA-enabling activities for commercial launch in 2024 for multiple clients. During my tenure at Goodwin, I have also led the successful completion of over several hundreds of biologics projects (including mAbs, fusion proteins, ADCs and other complex biologics molecules), with over 150 client and over 50 successful IND filings with the FDA, European and other world regulatory agencies for companies world wide. Roles in my current capacity as Goodwin\'s CSO include anticipate, identify, strategize and implement new technologies pertaining to biologics product and process development through collaborations with academic and medical institutions and biopharma companies; provide oversight of the scientific aspects of the company; lead all aspects of technical business development (including technical proposal development,participation and due diligence of prospective and existing clients).

Dr. Sesay is a seasoned biotech executive with over 20 years of CDMO experience and over 30 years of industrial and academic research experience delivering on key process/product development milestones in small biotech, large pharma and CDMO environment. He has an extensive track record of leading successful platforms pertaining to proof of concept, process development and manufacturing projects resulting in numerous regulatory filings of biologics product from early phase through to late phase clinical materials. During his career, he has published extensively in areas that includes peer reviewed journal articles, white papers, patents in areas including but not limited to antibodies and recombinant proteins, antibody drug conjugates and bio-conjugates product and process development and production. Strong scientific leadership, team building and managerial skills as well as collaborations in the biotech and academic arenas.
