As a fun-loving person, my focus in the working world is on process optimization and the management of customer and partner relationships. With my passion for efficient processes and my extensive experience in customer consulting, I have already achieved significant success. After selling the company, I took over as deputy manager in the acquiring company, where I was able to further develop my skills in employee management and strategic planning. In my current role as team leader of customer service at CHECK24, I have not only significantly improved accessibility and efficiency, but also strengthened partner management. My focus is on inspiring both internal and external stakeholders through excellent processes and positive collaboration.
