Mubasher is a Chartered Engineer associated with Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM), British Dam Society (BDS) and British Hydrological Society (BHS). He has over 20 years experience in international hydropower/dam projects.Mubasher has been involved on ranking studies, regional and national hydropower potential studies, feasibility studies, detailed engineering design and tender documentation for small to large hydropower projects (100 KW to 1.4 GW). Mubasher acted as Subject Matter Expert on hydropower for Sarawak Energy in Malaysia during 20••••20 and involved in operation of three large hydro plants. Currently, he is also a member of ICOLD Technical Committee Y on Climate Change.
