Working in US IT Staffing where my role involves.Understanding the Clients\' requirement (Job Description)Sourcing quality profiles through various modes including Job Portals (Dice, Monster), internal Database, through referrals & Job postings. Screening and short listing the profiles. Coordinating with the candidates by sending interview schedules and doing thorough follow ups. Follow-up with candidates as well as with clients till the candidates joins the organizations. Solving the issues which arise during the recruitment process. Involved in end-to-end recruitment process. Preparing and maintaining the tracker sheet for entire recruitment process. Arrange face to face & telephonic interviews. Reporting to the HR Manager and submitting daily report and updates daily events. Our goal is to develop long-standing relationships with our clients by learning and understanding our clients\' technical and cultural environments, expectations and processes, and then delivering thoroughly skilled consultants ready to carry out the scope of any engagement. My main goal is to be successful in my company by building lasting client relationships and providing the clients with tremendous IT consultants as well as great service.
