The role is to own all system administration, issue resolution and support the Head of IT to deliver the continual development IT and Cybersecurity roadmap. I am also responsible for Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, and application software (such as SaaS, PaaS) and providing technical support for the efficient management of the company\'s corporate and collaboration systems. It involves operational support & administration of Microsoft365 including security; Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and all associated apps and relationships. Along with analysis of varying business processes and flows and assisting in driving adoption of these services.
