As a returning Advanced Practicum Intern with UK HealthCare’s Emergency Services Administration, I have led projects in workflow improvement, EMR optimization, and AI tool implementation, which have strengthened both clinical operations and strategic planning efforts.In addition to my professional experience, I hold multiple leadership/mentorship roles within the UK MHA program and my community, where I focus on advancing equity, collaboration, and innovation.
