I have over 25 years of experience working in the Retail Cosmetics Industry as a multi-locational, multi-state Senior District Manager. Previously, I was a Senior District Manager at Estée Lauder Corporation, where I led Free Standing Store Managers and their teams to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly goals. I also supported my team to ensure that Customer Service was excellent, lead by my example and to also have fun!
