I’m an Operating Partner at an early-stage venture firm, focused on the operational work behind investing.I lead fund and portfolio operations, support investment execution, and help design the internal systems that connect portfolio performance, ownership, valuations, and LP reporting. I also support fundraising diligence and partner with founders on practical operational needs, from company formation and financings to vendors and shared resources.Across roles, my focus has been consistent: reduce friction, build systems that scale with the firm, and make complex work easier for the people doing it. I’m most interested in the infrastructure that supports good decision-making and allows lean teams to operate well as they grow.
