He is also on the C&W Global and Canadian Advisory Committees, the CoreNet organizing committee and is a mentor to emerging brokers in both organizations. Lloyd\'s team consistently outperforms the competition in transaction volume and client satisfaction and negotiates over 4 million square feet annually and he has completed over transactions. Lloyd has ranked as Canada\'s Top Commercial Real Estate Professional for the last 24 years, has been in the Top 100 North American Brokers for the past 10 years, was the Number One Real Estate Professional for Cushman & Wakefield in Canada for 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2020. He is one of the few active members of the C&W Hall of Fame and has held the position of Executive Vice Chairman since 2018.
