Scope of support: dozens of CUCM clusters, Unity Connections, thousands of voice gateways, gatekeepers and endpoints, carrier and PSTN access provider\'s management, engagement of 3rd party vendors. Troubleshooting of a complex Voice and Unified Communications issues in multivendor environment (Avaya, Genesys, Nice, IPC, Intrado, etc.).* As a technical lead of Tier 3 team I provide highest level of technical support and escalation within the team, guiding and coaching other Tier 3 engineers.* Supervising and assisting with TAC and developer escalations, keeping investigations on track.* Continuous service improvement, finding and closing process and technical gaps, optimizing and automating monitoring.
