About Mark Theriault
As the Managing Director, Mark is responsible for Pre Construction and Construction of all projects along the East Coast of Wood Partners. He has been involved in the construction, design and estimating of more than apartments during his career.Mark has more than 25+ years of experience at various construction management positions. In 1995 he started his construction management career with Toll Brothers, as an Assistant Project Manager. Theriault then joined JPI in at JPI he has held various positions, starting out in field as an Assistant Superintendent then working his way up through the ranks and ultimately became the Director of Construction for the Northeast. Mark has been involved in various aspects of development side of Multi-Family projects as well, such as permitting and due diligence.
