I oversee legal support professionals at an international law firm. My team is composed of (mostly) non-attorney timekeepers (i.e, people who track and bill their time) such as paralegals (we call them legal assistants at White & Case), case managers, analysts, and advisors, as well as contract/temporary paralegals and attorneys. I am responsible for and support my director with recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates, and once they\'re in the door, manage their training, development, performance, workflow, and compliance to firm processes and procedures. I am an upbeat, meticulous, committed, creative, eager, adaptable, and impact-driven senior legal professional who undertakes complex assignments, meets tight deadlines, and delivers superior performance and client/customer service greatly above expectations.Given my experience, I possess vast knowledge of the legal industry including paralegal, department, and practice management, firm finance, high-risk investigations, compliance, FCPA, sanctions, and complex commercial litigation matters from managerial, paralegal, project management, people management, and administrative perspectives. I am an active member of my firm\'s Spectrum affinity group and other workplace/citizenship committees, and have served on volunteer boards of directors at two non-profit associations: a leading international legal practice management association and at a Washington, D.C. area/Maryland-based LGBTQIA+ organization.
