In the early days of Amazon Marketplace, there were no seller tools for managing Amazon.Our clients needed them, so we built our own.Lawrence and I began working together in 2008, developing a repricing tool for a select group of Amazon retailers and quickly followed that with a suite of demand planning and product research tools. Our business started supporting retailers, and we ourselves entered into the Amazon retail business in late 2011. We quickly built a $20M/year retail business selling across five verticals. Over time, brands started asking us to manage the Amazon channel for them. We said yes, and took our first steps toward becoming the full service channel management agency we are today.We currently manage Amazon for major, premium, and multinational consumer products brands. We also provide channel expertise to a number of private equity firms as part of their due diligence process on acquisition targets.
