Responsible for the execution of 3 to 4 projects at any given time throughout Vancouver Island with project values ranging from $1.0M to $10M. • Provide project control activities as required, including estimating, proposal, cost systems, change management, and project reporting. • Responsible for all kinds of preconstruction works, including the management of submittals, RFIs, CCNs, drawings, and specifications. • Responsible for preparing and sending monthly progress draws/ claims for projects. • Assist project managers with monthly cost reports, cost forecasts and revenue forecast reports. • Liaise and build relationships with clients, designers, and sub-contractors. • Responsible for administration and monitoring of project agreements, purchase orders and subcontracts as required. • Prepare and manage the project schedule with the assistance of the project manager. Monitor and update schedules regularly.
