About Tuhin Billah
With more than 5 years of industrial experiences on Food Safety, HACCP, QA, Plant Hygiene Management, Product Development, Extrusion, Recipe Management, Product Data Record, Project Management etc. I have been working as a faculty at Department of Food Engineering and Technology, HSTU, Dinajpur - 5200, Bangladesh to make a knowledge bridge with my students and the real culture of food industries, processors. My research interests include Conceptual Design of Food Processing Equipment, Modelling and Simulation of Drying, Roller Drying, Cereal Technology, Nano Technology of Foods, Novel Food Processing, Heat Treatment Design, Food Allergen, Cereal Product Innovation and Renovation, Microbial Growth Simulation. Being an avid learner, I want to challenge myself every day in terms of self learning and make the students inspire to learn. Moreover, I wish to serve for the humanity with \'A Safe and Better Food\' by quality food product development, processing and preservation.
