I prototype and develop the company\'s website which I built from scratch using the Jamstack methodology: Gatsby.js + Contentful. I work closely with the UX design leader, company management, and other developers to achieve the company\'s goals. I also design new website functionalities through mockups created in AdobeXD. I jump into backend technologies to automate business processes. I wrote code that automatically draws scorecards in AdobeXd based on data in our database - previously these documents were hand-drawn and generated much higher production costs.

ABOUT MICHAL LABEDZ
For 14 years, I had worked on developing and managing a family furniture manufacturing and e-commerce business -\"Labi Meble\". My passion for the IT industry has accompanied me ever since my youth. It was thanks to this I managed to transform the said company into an organization with revenue of a few million euros per year. After a Bootcamp at CodersLab ( the biggest IT school in Poland ), I understood that my true passion is programming and decided to quit my safe zone to do for the rest of my life things that make me happier and don\'t focus only on money. After three years of work as a JavaScript developer, I\'m sure that changing my career path was a good decision. I\'m happy to learn new things. My favorite tech stack is Gatsby JS and React but I also deepen my knowledge in backend technologies like Node.js, Esxpress.js, and MongoDB. I\'m a killer of unnecessary handwork. I have big fun with automatization business processes. An interesting future topic for me is cybersecurity and I will like to touch on this after achieving my current goals. My strengths- Thanks to that I was in an enterprise for 15 years I\'m good at making decisions myself and choosing the best way to achieve company goals - High Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements- Strongly motivated to achieve company goals and learn new things- Team player with strong soft skills, I managed a team of 20 people from different social groups. I know how to get compromise with people and forward it to company targets.
